A Sad Day

Today has been a very sad day. This morning I learned that a dear friend from our church died. She was only 18 and her mother and father go to our church too. Just such a tragic and sad thing. So please keep Colleen and Bob in your prayers.

Aren't these baby cows cute? They came and sat right outside our door today. I think they wanted to cheer us up.

We had some huge storms last night. We also had some beautiful clouds. They were really magnificent, but here's what happened. I had Ali run in the house and get my camera, I tried to turn the camera on but the battery was dead. So I had to run in the house and change the battery and by the time I got back out, most of the magnificence was gone. Bummer!!!! They are still pretty pictures though.

Alyssa has been begging and begging me to give her bangs. I am really not a bangs kind of person and I hate how long it takes to grow them out so I kept saying no... but today I finally gave in. Here is a pic, what do you think?
