And here is the ratatouille! It was amazing!
And here is the pork loin that he seasonedand seared and roasted. Oh so good.

Here is the mushroom risotto. Yum!

And here are some happy kids eating it up!
Danny hasn't cooked this often since we got married. I don't know what's gotten into him. But I like it! Maybe he is just tired of my cooking.... Probably, since I tend to fix the same old things over and over.I want to say, I love family dinners. I really treasure any time family gets together and eats and talks. And I really treasure the times when all of my children and Danny and I eat together. Most evenings we all sit at the table together to eat. This is a good time of connection for our family. So many days we have to rush to eat and get somewhere. So I really cherish the times when we are all together and don't have to rush. I just get this feeling of satisfaction when I look around the table and all my family is together. I guess because I know it is fleeting. They are growing up and it won't always be all of us together.
Oh yeah, and Ali's doctor's appointment isn't until tomorrow. Good thing I called this morning to double check or we would have made an unnecessary trip to town.
