I made these peanut butter cookies the other day. I found the recipe on the Internet. It it the easiest recipe I have ever seen (just my style!). I don't do recipes if there are too many paragraphs! That's Danny's department. If I see a recipe with to many paragraphs it automatically goes to his department!
This is just 1 cup peanut butter, 1 cup sugar, and 1 egg! Mix all together and bake between 8 to 11 minutes. How easy is that?
The recipe said bake 8 minutes but I ended up needing to bake them at least 11 minutes.
They are heavy and peanut buttery and yummy! I actually doubled the recipe because it doesn't make very much.
Joni, I was wondering if this would work with sun nut butter?
