Prayer Requests

I have three very important prayer requests:

1. Please pray for my niece, Caity, she fractured her back and now has to wear a brace for three months. I am praying for God to show off on her behalf and her back to be healed much quicker than expected. Also, for grace in wearing the brace.

2. Please pray for Ali's toe. I am only telling you this because we are expecting a miracle and I want God to show off for all of us. The doctor we went to said that the other toe doctor, the one who did the operation, made a mistake and did a much more serious surgery than was needed. Therefore, the doctor said that her toenail will never grow back nice and pretty. Right now it is halfway back and really thick looking. The doctor wants to do another surgery to completely remove the nail.
Now, as soon as the doctor said "never" grow back something quickened inside of me and I knew that God was going to do a miracle. Because our God is the God of the impossible! He works best in situations where there is no other way.
Ali was in tears because she wants a pretty toenail and because of the thought of another surgery. So for now, I nixed the idea of another operation. She is taking antibiotics again because the infection she had came back. But it is already looking better. So pray with us and be a part of this miracle! I can't wait to post a picture of a brand new toenail!

3. A friend of ours from church's brother and his brother's wife were both killed the night before last in a car accident. They had two children, I am not sure of their ages. It's a very tragic event and I am praying that God will take what the devil meant for his good and turn it around for God's good. I am praying for many to come to Christ through this and that God's grace will be on the family. What a sad time of year for this to happen. Not that there would be a good one.

Now I am off to our Women's Ministry Christmas party. It should be fun and bring some much needed cheer.
Be blessed.

thank you for praying for Caity's back! Actually the dr. told this that there was only a 20% chance of it being healed fully. So, please pray for complete healing and for her to be compliant with wearing the brace (you know Caity!!). We will certainly pray for Ali's poor toe and for your friends. Such a tragedy. . . We have actually lost a Faith teacher's husband this week from a sudden massive heart attack--he has 2 teenage daughters at Faith. The teacher is the homeschool students' teacher. Please lift this family up as well. And remember, every breath of life is a gift from God and though we are guaranteed our future in heaven, there are no guarantees as to how many breaths we will draw on this earth. Hug your precious loved ones to you, and treasure each one!!
