National Day of Prayer

On Thursday we had National Day of Prayer celebration at our park in Crescent. The girls and I spent the day up there. I spent most of the day handing out free snow cones and cotton candy. I really only intended to be up there a couple of hours but time went by in a blur once I started handing out the snow cones. They had prayer every hour on the hour.
They had all kinds of stuff for the kids. Different inflatables and such. They also had free face painting. Here is what Brittani and Alyssa looked like afterwards:

Also, we had a nice Mother's Day today. My sister decided to drive all the way from Texas to surprise my Mom and show up at her church. So I decided to show up there too! It was fun to surprise her! Then we all went to lunch at a Mexican restaurant and had some delicious fajitas.
The girls gave me some sweet Mother's Day gifts. Ali gave me a car for my collection. Brittani painted me a rock and made a nice card. Alyssa bought me a 2 liter bottle of Pepsi! And Danielle wrote me a sweet note. Danny gave me a nice card and some money. It was all very sweet and full of love! I am so blessed!
