Here is the Mo Hawk that Ali gave him.
And I think Alyssa gave him this messy style. I will be corrected if I am wrong.

Ali and I went out for Chinese food and then to buy groceries tonight. We had a nice mother and daughter time. I really cherish these times and never take them for granted.
I realized tonight that it really is the simple things in life that bring me the most pleasure. I think that is why I like the Walton's so much. Everything was so simple back then. I mean times were hard but life was routine with so many simple pleasures popping up. They worked hard every day, but they played hard too. They went to church on Sunday. Helping others was a regular part of their lives. The best times were when family and friends were just being together. That's what I enjoy too.
A good Chinese food date with my daughter or dinner around the table. A card game on an icy day, a long hot bath, an afternoon nap, an afternoon with family or friends, a pretty day at the zoo or park. Resting after working hard. So many simple things are really what quality of life is. Of course, with God intermingled throughout all of it. Without Him I would be nothing, I would have no hope or joy! He is my hope and joy and reason for living! And I see all these things that I enjoy as spiritual, just as spiritual as prayer and going to church because He is always with me and it is His will for us to enjoy our lives.
OK, I've rambled enough for tonight... :) Goodnight all.
